Production Manager, Video Editor
Tiana Winter, CAPM
Tiana Winter started her film career in 2011 after receiving her Motion Picture Arts degree and moving to Calgary, AB. In 2021 she furthered her education by receiving certification in project management and starting North Rock Productions with her husband, Gary. Now, Tiana works with her team to oversee a variety of mixed media projects, including YouTube channels, Pitch/demo reels, and short web series.

Gary Winter
Gary Winter has been a part of the film industry in Calgary for over 10 years working on major productions such as “The Last of Us”, “Ghostbusters Afterlife”, and “Fraggle Rock”. With North Rock Productions, Gary continues to work hard and sharpen his skills as a creative image-maker, with a focus on cinematic lighting and beautiful composition.
Creative Writer
Matt Dale
Matt Dale is a graduate of both the Red Deer College Theatre Performance and Humber College’s Comedy Writing and Performance programs. As a child, he loved to create and construct stories to tell his friends and family. This fascination has led him to a career as a storyteller and creative writer with a deep passion for structure, theme, and character. Matt is thrilled to work and collaborate with clients to help bring their stories to life.
How we work.
Regardless of which service you choose, the process will be the same.
We prep, we shoot, we deliver.
Prep.
We meet one another, hopefully in person, to establish the tone and feel of our images and the logistics of the shoot. We will go over any concerns. At the end of our discussion, we will have the style decided and a time and date set.
Shoot.
We will come to you or meet at the chosen location, get the equipment set up, then shoot. Comfort in front of a camera differs for everyone, but we move with a no-rush mentality because we did our prep. We will guide you through posing and performance. We will review our work throughout the process, knowing that by the end of the shoot, we are all excited for the final results.
Deliver.
We edit the footage and photographs. Using Davinci Resolve for film and Photoshop for stills, we will add the touch-ups and polish. Once finished, we deliver your content through a shared Dropbox file.
